Idea's For Playstation 2 Install...
I'm doing a custom install with my playstation 2 but i need some ideas... i want to make a cut out for it in my glove box but its going to be ruff... i just wanted to hear some ideas... thanks
cut out your center console and lay it to where it can still
eject the CD without hitting anything, and a 13" screen in your dash but you
gotta get rid of your SRS bag right there...
i got mine under the seat it was to easy, need to relocate PS2...

my idea is pretty unoriginal but foolproof, mount it under the passenger seat, make custom rails so it is easy to remove, if you mount it in the trunk its kinda hard to get controllers into the cabin in a comfortable position ever think of that?

try insatlling it under the rear seat, i saw this done once and it looked pretty cool. i dont know how trick it was but the face of the ps2 was flush mounted under the rear bench.

As for the idea that profurious said I think thats even better than mine, but itd be hard to take i out when you want to. Also what alot fo people dont realize is that the PS2 or any other console puts out an amazing amount of heat so if you dont have an open space for a cooling fan or some sort of heatsink when you mount it like that your PS2 will burn up and most people dont do that because its kinda hard without a large modification of your rear bench. When you put it under the passenger or the driver seat it has plenty or airspace to dissipate heat.
