custom trunk 50% completed

ok im finished cutting and placing the custom boxes. i am going to fiber glass them this week should be good and dry and ready for sanding by thurs or friday. now. hes another question. my car is black and my subs and amps are black do i wanna paint the boxes black too? you wont really see them. should i paint them white and black? the color scheme of my car is black and grey....help me out fellas

paint them grey maybe?..black would be too dark and would have no contrast..

yeah, i agree with boom, i think grey, or something similar would be a nice contrast, i think white would be too "loud"

i have carbon fiber in my trunk that is very black, and looks very nice.

black would be fine. Just make sure that its the color you really want, as opposed to grey. I'd have to see the trunk and the plan to determine whether I personally think you should go with black or grey.

you could always go fibercarbon =D

I COULD DO CARPET BUT I WANNA DO SOMETHING A LIL EXTRA...MOST PEOPLE PUT CARPET YA KNOW I GUESS IF IT DOESNT COME OUT GOOD I CAN CARPET IT

everyone and their mother has carpet. screw carpet. at the VERY least vinyl.....

whatever you do, make sure it matches teh rest of the trunk.... a white civic with grey carpet trunk panels would look really bad with a fibercarbon/kevlar box [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
