amp to power components?
this might be a dumb question... i think i know the answer but i'll ask just in case... but, can i power my components using a 2 channel amp?
and.. what do u guys think of a set up like this... 2 10" subs and 6.5" components in the doors... removing the stock 6x9's.. should i have something back there or will this sound good?

i've got a kenwood mp3 deck (don't know the model # off the top of my head)
infinity kappa 6.5" components
2 10" clarion dvc subs powered by a kenwood kac-929 1000w amp.... and i know a guy who's selling this same amp so i'm thinking of buying it for the components cuz i think it would look cool in the trunk if i had 2 matching amps.

as for sound deadening... i read somewhere that someone got stuff from home depot and that it works pretty good.... anyone know anything about this? cuz i'm not really to excited about paying insane amounts of $$ for dynamat or brown bread or anything like that.
yea that 2-channel amp will work fine on those components, but that kenwood kac929 is a pretty good amp for those highs you should have a little bit of headroom which should keep your amp running efficiently and cool. As far as no speakers in the back, if you could only have one set of speakers I'd go with the front. If you're a music lover like I am you'll be missing quite a bit of music with no rear speakers. I like to be engulfed in music, and the all around sound. I think the components by themselves will be okay, but with the rear speakers also it should sound badass.
