2003 honda civic sedan. Turn signal and hazards function fine however when headlights are turned on left turn signal arrow is permanently illuminated on the dash and turn signal will not function as a turn signal should the right one works fine with headlights on or off. when headlights are off everything functions perfectly. Already tried changing relay switch. No dice. I even tried changing the turn signal windshield wiper assembly behind the steering wheel with another civic I have that I know works. Still no dice.


Im making the assumption at this point that im chasing a ground wire.... perhaps somebody can point me in the right direction as to what I should do next?

Provide a temp good ground on problem side at rear for ease of access... and test.

Will problem occur with only parking lights on?

And are both the front markers, and all rear taillights working ??
