Ecm/ engine harness help

I recently repaired my ecm that had to some damaged internal parts. The electrician advised that the repaired ecm was heating up again after testing it on the car again(explaining it was probably a short). He said i need a new ECM harness. In all the research i did, the ecm harness seems to be a part of the engine harness. I sent him a picture of the engine harness and he stated that he specifically needed a ECM harness. Im confused. Is the harness a different piece? I have attached two pictures showing my observation from the engine harness i found online and connections that go into my ecm from my car. any advice would help. thank you.-Rene

Re: Ecm/ engine harness help

Your first pic shows the 3 connectors that go into the PCM

Where is the 4th PCM connector? (dashboard harness?)

I'm seriously thinking none of this will solve your P0740 code, and this guy is going to keep bleeding your wallet until it is empty and you go away or the car is accidentally fixed somehow (it still needs a trans job).
