right(passenger) high beam does not work

right(passenger) high beam does not work
car is a 2002 civic canadian model
Hi everyone I registered in hopes others have had this problem and can help me fix my problem
My right (passenger) high beam does not work Ive searched the web high and low and cannot find a solution
the things ive tried
swapped head light combo switch no change
drl fuses all good
all fuses in good shape
all relays working
head lights bulb is in good working order
I have 12 v to the red a white wire and the red wire when I ground the red and black wire I have 12 volts so that means 12 volts to all three wires
I have the luxury of having a two civic side by side to swap parts but still have not found the problem
anyone else have this issue??
