2004 1400 IMA has airbag indicator light on.

2004 1400 IMA has airbag indicator light on. My Civic has the dashboard light showing Airbag circuit fault. My garage charged me £25 last time just to 'tighten a screw in the connector block'.
I am capable of doing that. I bought a Haines Manual but no mention of Airbag anywhere. Anybody got a circuit or can give me directions, please?
