Some confusion so I thought I would consult these forums before I made a purchase.

2003 Civic EX Coupe.
1. What size are the rear speakers in this coupe? Crutchfield says 6x9?
2. I want to purchase a good set of drop in aftermarket speakers to replace a blown rear speaker and if poss. spend less than $100.00. Any good recommendations? Looking for good all around sound. Nothing crazy. Just a good quality speaker set.

I've checked my car, same as yours. it is 6X9.
One of the rear speakers is broken. I'm looking for one too...

Have fun. It's not just finding a 6 x 9. It's finding the correct mounting depth. There are a zillion threads on the depth and what it takes to fit. I'm not going to serve it up to you though. Use the search button.

I'm running Inifintiy Reference 9623i 6x9s in my rear deck and they're barely too deep to clear the trunk springs.

I'm also running infinity references. Kept the trunk springs. Used a spacer and did some trimming.
