Question Head Unit Decision

Hey guys, just wanted some feedback on head units, my budget is limited to $130 so keep that in mind, and I would like to keep it at Crutchfield, so I can get the free shipping and installation gear.
Here are some that I like:
Sony-DSX-S200X - probably my favorite, anyone have experience with it?
Alpine CDE-121
Kenwood KDC-248U
I plan on adding speakers later, so advice on that would be appreciated, probably just speakers, unless I get a real good reason to add a sub/amp.
I'm very open to suggestions, USB is a must, iPod control would be nice, but not a requirement, and its going in an 01 silver coupe LX with all black interior so a red theme would be nice.
1st post btw, bought my civic a couple weeks ago and stumbled upon this forum.
Thanks

thanks for the reply lowlife, I was able to get the sony for 100 bucks so I went
for it, but I have music on a flash drive and iPod, for a backup.
It should get here Monday, so now I just need some speakers, any suggestions?

I wanted to upgrade to the Sony DSX line for the longest time, Can't believe how cheap they are now.

Re: Head Unit Decision

Don't you have to spend 149.99 before tax to get the installation gear free?

I would have to say, the Kenwood KIV700 is one of the best single DIN decks around for anyone else considering a new HU.

They lowered it to $119 and they determine the price before you add a coupon so I'm happy.

Re: Head Unit Decision

deffinetly get a sub...even a 10" 300watt sub makes a huge difference. depending on what kind of music you listen too of course if you like rock metal rap pop or anything like that id say get one...but i mean if your a country boy and hate every other kind of music just upgrade your speakers (alpines are nice quality).

I would probably get one if I run across a good deal, I just don't have the money for an amp and sub/enclosure right now, and I'm a rock/metal person btw.

If it matches the rest of the interior accent lighting, then I'm ok with it.
