2005 civic LX special edition stereo

I just bought A new stereo for my 2005 special edition and I am looking into selling the factory stereo. I'm trying to find out just how much this thing is worth. I've heard everything from $150-$700 . This is way to wide of range to try and sell it. Whats fair guys?

just wonderin, what dash kit did you use for yout new headunit. I bought a double din off a friend of mine and thought it was a double din opening but when i tried to put it in i realized its an oversized double din now i cant find a dash kit for my 05 lx "special edition". And by the way on some sites ive heard the same thing as you, up to like $700-800 for the stock unit it but ive always thought that was a load of bs. gearbox is probably spot on at around $200.

you could buy the 01-05 regular civic dash console (non SE) and then get the double din dash kit for that piece instead.
