factrory radio removal

How do you remove the radio to get to the antenna wire. I want to install a FM modulator to play MP3 through the radio. Does any one have a walk through or diagram, pics of getting the factory radio out to get to antenna wire? 02 honda civic.
thanks

Remove the center console (removing it helps access the bolts that hold down the radio.. assembly):

Remove head unit:

yup you have to go through the center column to get under the head unit to undo 2 screws. i did it last summer. if you're anything like me, then you'll feel like it's not supposed to come apart but it is

Yeah, it's a struggle, but once you get it done it's worth it. Be careful not to break any tabs or anything, and make sure you have all the screws out before you start yanking on anything!

The first time is the toughest as you have to figure where to pry all the plastic junk apart, after that it's easy (provided you don't break anything)
