Trunk Rattle

Within the next month I am getting some subs for the Civic. I am going to be getting 2 12" Kenwoods in a ported box with a Kenwood 1000 amp. This is going to move some air! It is also going to create some unwanted shaking. What are somethings I could do that are relatively cheap and simple to stop this?

Re: Trunk Rattle

Put a foam strip between the rear deck lid (plastic piece with 3rd brake light) and the rear windshield. Dynamat/foam behind your license plate, and try to do the same between the trunk lid and the lock, release cable, etc.

Keep some sedatives in the glove box, you definitely don't want your hostages to accidentally kick your new speakers.
