Headlight HELP?

I bought some stock style headlights for my Projector retrofit and the stock driving lights dont fit in the new socket. Does anyone know what socket I need to buy? Right now my stock ones are just kind of laying in there. Here is a picture of the headlights I bought they are black JDM style (cheapies).

the one I am having trouble with is the small clear circle in between the turn signal and the headlight. Under the socket it says 12V3CP #168 if that helps I dont know what that means, except the #168 I think is the bulb size. Anyway any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Headlight HELP?

most aftermarket lights are made for sedans, im guessing you have a coupe. so just get some sedan sockets and you should be set. i have a pair here if youre interested. post some pics of yours and i can post pics of mine, to be sure theyre different. you can have em for $5 shipped. dont bother with the dealer cause they charge $20 for one socket lol.

Re: Headlight HELP?

My stock ones have two slots and the new ones are a bit bigger and have four slot for the socket. I will post up pics of my stock housings in a bit so you can see what my stock coupes look like if yours have four slots then I am sure that is the problem and I will take them off of you for sure, thanks for answering my question.

Re: Headlight HELP?

Here is what my stock one looks like, and the new headlights have a slightly bigger hole with 4 slots for the plug. Thanks again for your help.
