Opening Door Panels & Rustproofing

I've had my car rust-proofed, and part of the process involves spraying rust-proofing material inside the door. When I open my door panels to replace the speakers, will I see all that gunk? Also, will opening the door panels promote rust by allowing moisture to the interior of the door?

the rust proofing is just a thin oily film.. won't make any difference is you open it it.. alot of water gets in your door panels every time it rains through your windows.. Which is why most cars rust first at the bottom of the doors.. because there are drainage holes there which are sometimes poorly painted and leave a little bare metal exposed...but that's a different matter.. hve fun..
