Power window problem
Power window problem
My daughter has a Honda Civic 2001,the rear window on driver side went down, but won't come up.I took the door panel off unplugged the switch and manipulated it to see if it would go up and it does.So i assume the motor and reg or good.Don't know what to check next? Thanks in advance.HD

I am a little confused, first off it is a 4 door right? what did you manipulate to make it go up?

Re: Power window problem
They way those CHEAP regulator/motor assemblies are made on the 7th gens you would most likely have to apply voltage to the motor leads directly (which is a good testing method btw)
If the motor is getting power you may be able to assist it back up.
The master switch can cause strange problems as well.
