Install Rear parking sensors
Install Rear parking sensors
Hello everyone,
I have a Honda Civic 1.4 16v out in 2001 (with 5 doors) and
I would like to install parking sensors (rear), if someone can tell me where to get instructions for installation and drilling. It would be good to have a scheme for drilling.
Thanks

i dont think ive seen it done before, and there are usually better sensors that dont require drilling, some you can mount to the rear plate frame and it will beem when you get within a certain distance of an object.

Re: Install Rear parking sensors
Hi nestasko,
Think about installing rear parking sensors that activate when the vehicle goes in to reverse, using radio waves to detect objects hiding behind the vehicle. A warning signal becomes progressively louder as the object gets closer, alerting the driver in time to keep away from hitting it. Installing rear parking sensors is not a difficult project & can be complete within a few hours.
