i just slid a board of MDF under the back seat cover and secured my amp to the folding seat. works great.

took me awhile to get the rite fit i also shaved some plastic but flipdown still function properly

I'll post pictures later but I took out the entire floor of the trunk and put down a piece of plywood in its place. Then cut a hole in the center of it to get at the spare tire and mount 2 amplifiers and the computer on the perimeter of the plywood. Then lay pieces of 2x4 around the floor to create a suspension for the next layer. Get a second piece of plywood, carpet it and lay it over top of everything so that you have a flat floor, carpeted, with all your electronics underneath. Then make the center removable with a handle so you can still get at the spare through both floors.

this is what i did, except i did a thumb-hole by the trunk latch instead of a handle and i put the hinges inside the fold so only a little bit is visible. it's worked awesome and i've had hundreds of lbs of weight on it many times.
