I wrote a DIY on how I built my trunk for anyone who wants to do it themselves. Its the bottom most link in my signature. Good info there.

after all the work I have done I can pretty much take apart the whole dash in a matter of seconds. It becomes second nature.

oh ok here.
EL gauge face:

Voltage meter:

A/F meter:

For all gauges on that site: http://www.cardomain.com/shop/gauges
when wiring all these gauges:
I connected the power to the switched power for head unit (red wire in harness)
For lighting (so gauges light up with car's lights) I connected to the orange (and white stripe?) "illumination" wire in harness. gauges, and EL gauge face turns on with lights now.
For ground I got a screw and grounded the gauges and gauge face behind cig. lighter plug

After seeing some of the nice tight installs in the other thread, I am almost embarassed to submit mine. But here it is. These pics were taken while my stuff was in my Prelude, But it's the same stuff in the same boxes in the Civic. So you can use your imagination.
Here is the trunk. Alpine V12 5 channel amp, MTX 12" sub.
On the panel that the amp is on above is also a box for the twin MBQuart 8" for mid bass. The panel the amp is on is on a hinge and lifts up to reveal all of the wiring, cap, fuses, distribution blocks, etc.

And the head unit is a kenwood. It was among the first units that played mp3s, which was one of the reasons I bought it. All this stuff is a few years old as you can tell. But it still sounds good.

Sup everyone...pics of my current set-up (work in progress)
I wanted a nice clean look...
Headunit..Alpine 7894...

This is the view from inside the car with the seats (almost done custom fitting RSX leathers so that they fold down) folded down...the logo is a Diamond Audio logo and it lights up red...dont regard the seat belt...

and this is the view from the trunk...again didnt want to see the amp/speaker, the logo was plasma cut from Stainless Steel...pics do this set up no justice at all!!! The bottle will also be boxed in with some other tricks up my sleeve...more to come!!

Specs..Alpine 7894, JL500/5, Infinity 6.5's in the door (ran off of deck for now), Alpine 6x9's in the rear, Diamond Audio 12" sub in a custom ported box, I still have to add my Focal Utopia 5.25's (waiting on kick panels)...oh and HondaSales set-up is f-ing hotttt!!!!!
