Kicker Solo-Baric 12" or 15"
Kicker Solo-Baric 12" or 15"
im wanting to get a sub for my car soon. what would you guys suggest would be best sounding in our car? i have a coupe. Do we have enough air space to have a 15" subwoofer or would i be better off just getting a 12" solo-baric? I'm just putting 1 sub in not a pair. I'll have a 1200 watt Fosgate to push what ever i get. Any suggestions?

I'm one hundred percent sure that you could get the air space for a 15. Just expect to have zero trunk space. I know a guy that fits a 15 in an MDF box inside his Eclipse. Sounds good and loud but it's honkin huge!
I think the 12 with a good amplifier can be just a good as the fifteen.

i was leaning towards the 12". my amp is a 800 watt rms and the 12" sub has a 750 rms so i think that will work the best. I just wanted to get some opions b4 i done anything.

i've got a 12" kicker comp and it's more than enough. a 12" solo baric will be rediculous! (in a good way) you don't need a 15.
i have 2....12inch powerbass subs in a tuned box and i want more bass i was looking into this beast check this thing out on youtube....RE XXX this thing is rated at 2000 rms at 2ohms:
