How can I program a stock honda keyless entry to a 99 civic ex?
So my buddy has an 03 civic ex and he couldn't get the keyless entry programmed. He told me to take it and see if I could get it to program to mine. He told me that it is just a stock honda keyless entry remote. Anyone that can help would be great.

nope. you gotta take it to a dealership. i already went down this road. i was looking into adding keyless entry to my 02 LX. it was cheaper to pay for a Viper alarm to be installed than to buy the Honda OEM equipment, pay for them to program it and then install it myself. just get an alarm. it will come with 2 remotes.
