Question help w/ heater

i just installed my headunit n sub/amp today
but as i was driving i tried to turn on my heater
the thing doesn't even work anymore!
lights work but no heat blowing from vents
need help asap

take the bezel off and make sure all the connectors are on all the way on the controls.

yeahh i tried that but still no air flow no matter what
i turned the ac/heat **** n i can hear a slight noise
but still no affect from the air level ****

i ran my power wire through the passenger firewall
could of i nipped a wire or something?

always check the fuses first. 1/2 the time its always a random fuse that blows.

it was fine
anywhere else I should check

Yes, the dashboard panel under your steering wheel has two *****. Turn the two ***** to release this panel. You should see another fuse box there towards the right.

sounds like to me the fan motor went . it happen to mine over the summer .checkd my fuses they were fine .i turn the **** but no air my fan motor went cost a 100 to get fixd

i checked the fuses and i think they're fine
there's one called heat motor and another heat one: a 40 and 20a fuse fine
any other solution u got for me?

Listen near the under-hood fuse box engine off, key at position II While someone turns the fan switch on and off several times. You should hear a click from the blower relay (it is the larger metal case one)

Go back over all your work and look over the area. Look around where you went through firewall. Check wiring and connector on the blower fan transistor mounted on the ducting.


I'm assuming the blower fan is inop ??

ahhhh i fixed the problem
my dumbass somehow knicked off a wire through the firewall
damn it!
just taped it up for now and soldering it this weekend
thanks for everyone's help though much appreciated
o0o and if anyone knows anyone who's selling 04/05 tail lights gimme a heads up
