03-05 LX Cluster Problem (Video Added!)

On my LX Cluster every couple times after I turn my car off and then back on if the mileage on the trip was say 37.8 it would be 37. It doesen't do it everytime and this is not the same year cluster for my car is there something Im missing to this?

Here is a better video and it does this at least once or twice a day. Basicly 2/3 Times.
Right now all thats hooked up is speed, tach, and fuel.
