Help on alarm install

I am having two problems on installing a remote start on my 2001 LX Coupe.

1. The horn relay I wired it with two hots then the brown alarm wire and then taped into the factory alarm plug to connect to the horn. (the orange wire). I get nothing.

2. The darn imobilizer bypass. I am running a DEI 555h. and it is not working. I wired the
DEI Harness Honda Harness

Black to Ground
Blue from alarm to blue
Red to 12 volt
Red / White to white black
Yellow to Yellow/ Black at plug
Yellow / Black to Yellow black at harness
Black / White to red / blue

Any help would be appreciated

Re: Help on alarm install

According to DEI's manual for the 555H it won't work with the Civic. It does list 01-02 Acura CL. But if you check out the 555I or 556H they list 01 Civic.

Re: Help on alarm install

For the most part DEI is discontinuing their old r/s bypasses. You may need to look for their new XK05 module if you can't find the other pieces.
