I have some wires that run from my spoiler LED to my third brake light wires i accidentally cut them in half.. now i have a soldering iron and stuff at home i was wondering if someone could give me directions on how to do it the right way

for one don't solder it.. just go radioshack or anywhere that sells butt connectors..strip the ends of the wire where you cut it and splice them with the butt crimp..

if you ever do want to solder something, you usually coat the wire with a little flux then tin both of teh wires with solder. then you touch teh tinned wires together and heat the joint till they get happy.
