Brighter Parking Lights

Hey everyone, Im just wondering if its possible to put some brighter parking lights in to help with the light output, something like foglight blubs or something with some minor modification.

Feel free to give your ideas.

BTW Im a noob when it comes to lights or electricals but I will learn and get someone to help me.

you can put brighter parking lights in but they really wont help that much. like just recently i bought some hyper white parking lights, and yeah they are brighter than my oem bulbs, but when i cut my headlights on you cannot tell a difference at all in the output. Only when looking at the car from the front the actual light is brighter.

I have some PIAA hyper white LED's for my parking lights. They are basically an HID color. They are brighter then the regular bulbs, and the LED faces forward (at least in my TYC headlights) so the LED's are seen head on with their full brightness. They were about 20 bucks for the pair. When I pull into my small parking garage spot (center lane, cars park on either side), I'll back in and you can see them across the lane on the other sides wall. They arent going to help with lighting the road up, thats for sure, but in general they let you be seen when your rolling around with your parking lights on when the sun starts dropping. Hope that helps some.

replace the stock 168 bulb with a w5w (euro-spec) bulb. Its one extra candlepower. noticable difference. raybrig also has em, the 2x hyper clear bulb from racinglab.com

also if you still have the amber insert in your lights, polarg makes a clear 7443 bulb with a condenser lens on the front that amplifies output. its called "lens type" can get from matrixracing.com
