I'm looking into getting one, but haven't found any places that carry them. Where did you get yours? Is the sound good? Any problems with installation? Is this a loaded sub box? What's the price range they run in? Any help would be greatly appreciated with rep.

Damn, I didn't know they made one for the Civic. But, it wouldn't work for me anyway since it's only for coupes...which sucks, since the trunks are not THAT different. I'd get one if I could.

I just ordered the similiar Q-Logic 10" one the other day, but haven't heard one before and mine hasn't gotten here yet. Fortunately it works in sedans and coupes.

I have a current all JL setup in my Civic.

Q: Where did you get yours?
A: EBay (Used)

Q: Is the sound good?
A: I love mine! The bass is okay for one 12” sub. But it’s not a hard bass like 4 subs at 12”

Q: Any problems with installation?
A: Of course everything of mine is professionally installed so I don’t know how hard it would have been. But I would recommend a professional install it because you have to drill holes into the car to set it in place. It gives the full installation directions on the official website click there http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_s...hp?fit_id=1401

Q: Is this a loaded sub box?
A: Okay I must be slow or not catching on… what do you mean by loaded? Help me help you. lol If you mean does it come with the sub or not then… It varies from where you purchase it.

Q: What’s the price range they run in?
A: I have seen the in price range from $400 - $600 (new) with and with out sub. I got mine on EBay without a sub for $175.00 shipped.

that seems a little high. maybe if you get the enclosure loaded with a w6 or something. mine was loaded with a 12w3. the sub choices you will have will vary by application. as far as dealers, JL should have a number to call or a place on their website to find a dealer. dont know if theres one in texas, but i got mine at tweeter. they had to order it. no one that i know of has them in stock because there are so many applications. tweeter has a little catalog in the car audio section that has every application in it.

_unclejuice, how much did you pay for yours?

texascivic2k1, i was going for a setup a little similar to yours. I absolutely love the way your trunk looks.

i got mine loaded for 250-300, but i also knew a guy at tweeter. but the original price wasnt too far from that. not bad for a 12w3. i think full price was about 350.
