Dumb ?

Is RCA cable the same for car and home audio? I have some directional home theater RCA gold cable and I was wondering if it would work if i used it to run sound from my HU to my amp. I figured it might work, and I should probably pay more attention to what it is made out of, size and brand it is.

yup. it'll work. i doubt that your gonna notice any difference though.

Thanks for the input. I wasn't expect any better results, I just didn't want to decrease the quality of the signal.
