DRL Light winding noise

So this noise started a few weeks back but it would but, but now everytime i start my car the DRL light stays on and this crazy winding noise is coming from inside the glove box. The only way the noise goes away is if I turn on my lights, other then that the DRL light keeps flickering on the dash and the noise persists. any ideas what going on?

I just found this im going to try changing the relay tommorow

If this solves the problem (hope it does dont want to replace the whole module or solder it) ill take some pics and write a DIY

usually noise comes from unshielded DRL cables. is it playing from speakers? ya check the relay first tho.
