12V power supply

So i am an idiot with the electrical part of our cars. It seems as though my 12V power supply quit on me, guessing its a blown fuse. I looked at the fuse box, however, I did not find where the fuse was for the 12V any info is appreciated. Not sure if it matters but its an 02 ex coupe

It's under your dash somewhere, or the device you had plugged into the ligher port might have a fuse on it, you might have to open it up or screw off the end to access it
