How do I get the pics from old DIY's to show up?
I 'm back to the site after a long absence and I want to do J187's headunit relocation. I went to the DIY section found the link but the pic's don't show up anymore. Is there any way around this?
thanks.

prolly not.... unfortunatly most hosting places only keep pix on hand for a short period of time. You would need to contact him to see if he could provide the pix for you to fill in...

Is there any way to embed the pictures directly into the thread, without using a web hosting service, like tinypic.com? You know, kind of make it to where 7thgen.com would be the host of the pictures, thereby eliminating the pictures being wiped out. Or would that be too much disk space?

yes, pictures can be uploaded to a thread as attachments.
I am also willing to host the pictures on my site. It won't be going away any time soon, I use my site on a regular basis so I need to keep it up and running.

Cool. If that's an offer, Mega, than I might just take you up on it. What do we do in order to use your site, send you a PM?
Either way, though, you're saying that uploading them as attachments will keep the DIY's intact?

Yes, it should keep the pictures active indefinitely.
Send me a PM if you have DIY pictures that you want hosted (any DIY, not necessarily just audio), and I will gladly arrange to host them.
