Alarm system settings

Alarm system settings
Stupid question, but I'm having a problem where when I lock or unlock my doors it does it two times. For example-
-Press lock button- doors lock, then I hear the doors trying to lock themselves again.
-Press unlock button- doors unlock, then I hear the doors trying to unlock themselves again.
I don't think it's too harmfull for my doors (is it?), but it's been bugging me for a while now. I scanned in two pages from my alarm manual (Autopage RS-855LCD). I've tried playing around with feature #3 on page 19, but that doesn't change anything other than how fast the doors lock themselves. Thanks for the help!
