I have some info on the 02 and 03 (nothing newer was available yet free or cheap) with an ohm meter it should be easy to figure out. If you want the info I have PM with E-Mail and I will send it.

Rep Power: 318 i tried getting the harness that you're talking about. All you want is the piece that plugs into the switch itself, correct? I tried to get that from majestichonda.com, and then ended up sending me two sub harnesses for where it goes through the firewall/fender area. I talked to my local honda, and we concluded that in order to get the piece that the switch connects to, you would have to buy the whole fog light kit 
So, I'm hoping to find a civic at a junk yard that has fog lights...
