I haven't heard much about sanyo as far as mobile audio video goes, but as far as I can tell it looks pretty good its got all the features that the more expensive systems have like touch screen and motorized, it did say that it doesnt come with a brain box so I don't what other components you can add to it such as other screens or playstation or something like that, so overall I would say its a pretty good deal

yea that pretty much sums up my opinion on that but what holds me back is id be embarrassed to have any sanyo product in my car

id like to stick with alpine, pioneer, or kenwood for around the same price ($500-$700) if im lucky

ditto on having sanyo in my car, I personally have a pioneer avh-p6600dvd and I love it, I think there is a guy on this site selling a pioneer look in the FS forum

i wouldnt go with anyone but clarion, alpine, kenwood, eclipse, or if i had to pioneer (but i really dont like pioneers models at all)
as for the rest... pretty crappy IMO

I paid $1700 for my Alpine IVA-D900 2 years ago right when it came out. Nowdays you can pick it up for about 1200 online

I can get an Alpine IVA-D310 for 1300 if anyone is interested. It'd be brand new. I get hook ups from a source that hooks me up all the time. I'm actually installing a buttload of alpine stuff in my car right now. Check out member's ride section under the title of next installment of madness.

Id say its a pretty nice unit but back to the fact its Sanyo I dont have much experience with a sanyo product in the car. I like kenwood myself or pioneer. Plus the brain box feature to me is a great add on which i believe it said this didnt come with that.

Id say save your money for sumthin better around the same price. Maybe check ebay and see whats going down.

thanks im goin wit the alpine d300 for 950 new. unless i can manage another 150 for BigDogs d310. im also buyin a cf dash kit and body kit so ya that budgets gettin tight.
