alarm question
Is there a way to make the parking lights NOT flash when you arm/disarm the car? I think it looks silly and would rather just hear the beep noise. I have viper 600 alarm. Any easy way to do this>?>

2 ways, you can program it...or follow the solid white wire coming from the alarm and pull out the inline red fuse.

^^ yep
I don't know if there would be a fuse, but either way there is a wire that needs to be disconnected or cut or whatever, easiest thing to do might be to find a wiring manual for your alarm

^^it's a viper, all DEI alarms have an inline fuse unless it's meant to drive a relay, in which case it would be a negative output. But I know for a fact that the 600 has a fuse running on that wire because it's a positive output.
I'm not familiar with the specific alarm, but if that wire is cut/disconnected, won't the parking lights not flash at all? Even when something sets off the alarm? (Maybe that's what you want?)

Remove your running light, the turn signals dont flash its the running lights. Its the little bulb next to the turn signal that does nothing. Your turn signals will work as your running lights anyway.
