bigass battery terminals
I just picked up some new terminals today to fix one of the problems that is getting me points deducted when I compete in SQ. I switched from my cheap Raptor battery terminals to the bad boy PG Titanium. The reason I had to change is that the Raptor had several points where there was exposed 12 (at the top set screws, on the terminal, on the side set screw and at the wire terminals) and that was getting me points knocked off, so I stepped up to the best that PG had to offer. These are completely covered (even with breakaway covers over the spare wire terminals), they are fused and they are massive and mean. After I switched out the negatives, I had to take a pic of the 2 side by side to compare. these things are just massive. I know they are just battery terminals but I wanted these ones for a long time (they are $$$) and I finally got em
I have the digital version with the screws on the top to clam down on the post. Those things strip so easy I've already had to replace them. How do these clamp on to the post? Did they redesign their method?
Edit: Now that the post below me mentions it, I could be talking abot stinger terminals.

I finally got the fuses that go on the positive battery terminal... nobody that I could find locally had them so I had to get em from the states. They were here when I got home from work at 5:00 today so it's safe to say that they have been on since about 5:05.
Accidentally touched a hex key to my frame when I was putting this one on, scared the hell out of me but only left a small burn mark. I even taped up the end of the key but not good enough apparently
... aw well
