Window Rolls up SLOW!!!

wsup guys i have an lx civic and my right window rolls up really slow, especially at night when my headlights are on. My friend thinks its the motor inside thats weak, but all the other windows are fine. Any help would be great.

That happened to my car too, same side. In the winter or rain, it would even stop halfway through.


If you're into opening your door panel up [very easy], it's probably your glass that fell out of the tracks. Just open it up and put it back and it's back to new! I had it open already when I was installing speakers in the doors.

thats funny. i got the same thing but on the drivers door. apparently the window came out of its track and it blew my cable. so i had to buy a new motor $90 man it sucked when i had to cough up with the money.

it wasnt hard to install though...just six screws!

Power windows need to be lubricated every so often. Every 6 months or so you should lube up the tracks that the window slides on. Goto any part store, or hardware store and get a can of teflon lube spray. Take off your door skins and put a healthy shot on each track, roll the window up and down a few times to spread out the lube and yer all set you should see an immediate improvement.
