nice job it looks much better than the previous pics...also i just remembered this...for other projects like that u can shape edges easier with a peice of a radiator hose about 3-4 inches long with sand paper rolled around it for a smoother edge and rounding...learned it from my autobody teacher whom has over 60 years exp.

Some blemishes came through in the final product, it seems as if i didnt use enuff bondo hair on parts of the seam and now its pushing through somewhat. But all in all it was a success for my FIRST time bondoing ANYTHING.

I will redo it if it ever cracks with my spare center peice and im sure it will come out much much better! thanks for all the help guys! reps were givin!

its a 7 inch wide screen by power acoustik. it fits almost perfectly in the double DIN. IM astarting to wish audio makers and screen makers would make a screen that fits factory in the double din!!!

Besides expensive dvd navi ones.
