Woofers in rear deck
Has anyone tried installing 10" or above woofers in the rear deck? I was at a car show and seen them installed in a 5th generation. It was banging hard.

Very tricky install and if I'm not mistaken, Whiterabbit has already confirmed the poor bass response from upward cabin firing woofers in our cars.

Unless they were open air subs, you would have to build a box that would be just below the rear deck either hanging or sitting on the trunk floor, I second it would be tricky.

It would be trickier if they were IB, to seal off the deck completely with enough reinforcement . . . Either way it's a tough install and IMHO a fruitless venture.
