I Use Lighting Audio Storm series cables.. There really isn't a best for cables.. Just any shielded twisted pair with gold plated terminals....This should offer all the noise blocking you need. Stinger, Tsunami, Monster Cable, Phoenix Gold, Lightning audio.. all are quite good.. I use only Lightning audio... Wire is Wire... forsignal cables. Just get any "middle" Priced cables..Like L/A Storm series.. or whatnot..

Cheers

Supposedly best cables are Stinger "Dream"($50) Series, Audison cables, and Kimber Kables" but wanna play $200+ for signal cables?

For the money I would get Monster Cable. They offer a good selection of high, middle and low end wiring. They also have a nice patch cable with 4 channels molded together. Speaker cables: stick with something with fine and not coarse wires. Stay around 12-14 gauge. Speaker wire is speaker wire!

I am using the Monster Cable XLN401's (the 2nd best you can get,) and you get what you pay for, they are not all equal... Unless you already have crap, then its all the same...crap.

Chris,

All good quality cabling is equal.. Provided it's shielded twisted pair with cold or other Highly conductive coating on the RCA's.. 75% of the time noise problems have alot more to do with where the cables are run in car than the quality of the cable.. but regular unshileded RCA's are Noise grabbers and a half...But things like like Lightning audio Strik series.. Most Monter Cable. Tsunami, Phoenix gold and Stinger RCA's are all good quality except the're lowest end stuff.

Cheers
