A cheap fix would be to cover it with some tweeter grills that fir it.
more quality work would involve fiberglassing.
I'd go with glassing it bc then you can have it professionaly painted to perfectly match your exterior
then it would have that VW beetle look on the door panels. Pretty clean look

Go to a salvage yard.
Here we have a place called "Garys-U-Pull_It" that just buys wreaked cars. You show up w/ your toolbox and rip out any parts you want. You take them up to the counter and they make up a price for what your taking home. According to the website any inside door panel is $5.99 ..... that sounds far better than $400 .....

There are people who specialize in vinyl and leather repair. They fill the spot with some colored epoxy and then use some sort of textured rubber to imprint a texture to the spot they fixed....I have no idea how to find one.

Which Polk Audio tweets did you have? The ones for my dB components fit acceptably well in the stock pods.
Call up a junkyard - If you're as picky about stuff like that as I am, a replacement door panel will be the only thing that will make you happy.

I am kinda picky but I'm gonna try to put suede on the top of the door panel. It should look pretty good. I had db tweets, but they didn't really fit...dunno, maybe I didn't try that hard
That's called a hole saw. The one you are using appears to be for wood and not plastic though. I've had plenty of bad experiences with cheap hole saws. Hole saws in general are incredible useful but I'd stick with the better quality ones and stay away from the dollar store ones.
