I'm so mad!!!!!!

Damn, I missed the ups guy today. I was supposed to get the Mb Quarts and install them tonight. Now I have to wait till tomorrow, and live one more day with a blown speaker. Sucks. Anyways, I'll post pictures of the speakers tomorrow if you guys want to see them.

Oh man, I was driving around with one passenger speaker for a good month [the wire got loos from the speaker tab]. I just about got use to it.

Having two working speakers after that was reason enough to drive around after that!

Which MB Quarts did you order?

Also, to anyone who knows for sure...I was recently talkting to someone at a car audio place who was telling me the MB Quarts are now being manufactured in China as opposed to in Germany like they used to be. Anyone know if this is true or not?

well, I couldn't wait anymore so I went to the UPS place and picked them up. Took me a good 3 hours to install them, even though it came out shitty as hell. The sound quality is amazing though. 100x better than my Polk DB components. The speakers did not fit in the door so I had to hammer it and cut it untill I can get some spacers and the tweeters also look kinda nasty w/ out the Mb quart cover, but like I said, the sound makes up for everything. BTW 2k2civic, I got the Mb Quart PCE-216 6.5 components. J187 told me to go for those, so I did. I love them

Dude, when I was putting dual 6" drivers in the doors of my grandprix, I drove around with nothing but a handheld radio running off 4 D Cell batteries for nearly a month.

I had to go two weeks with no tunes at all once cause of a problem with my speakers/headunit. I had a shop install my window roll up/down module and when they did so, they remounted my crossover and screwed right into it. It was fine for a while until I had to remove and remount it, then it gave me all kinds of problems. I finally figured it out when I became very determined one afternoon.

circuit city, best buy, tweeter, just ask them for universal 6.5" speaker spacers. usually run $14.99 a pair.

btw, I tried circuit city and they don't have the spacers. Might go over to bestbuy tomorrow see if they have it, if not, there's a tweeter right next to it.
