i got the sony head unit..

ok let me explain first!!!

1) the sony xplod sucks but i have heard good things about this company

and second ig ot the hea dunit brand new for 1/5 the cost. under 100 dolars :|

its silver. has nice display etc. and has out puts and inputs.. xm ready etc. etc.

i know its sony. but honestly i got the damn thing for 70 dollars out the door canadian. compared to 299.99 plus tax :|

yeah its probably stolen but nothing i can do about that...

Sony gets a very bad rap. I've had a couple of Sony HU's and was very happy with them. You just have to be careful about WHICH Sonys you buy.

yeah i hear there amps blow and can catch fire
and the speakers can suck

but the higher end head units have a fairly even rep.. so i said wtf
better then buying a 400 dollar alpine (cash wise)
