-Buy only from an authorized dealer. I would recommend buying from an authorized dealer even if buying it off the Internet.
-Ask them if the unit is refurbished, B-goods, factory serviced, B-stock, factory refreshed, or basically anything that means it is not brand new.
I bought a Kicker DX350 amp from an authorized dealer on eBay. They sent me a receipt showing that I bought it from them. It also showed that they installed it, so I got a full three year warranty from Kicker, instead of the one year for non-dealer installed equipment. It took alot of work to ask questions, find an actual authorized dealer, and research that dealer.

try getting that unit somewhere online. hands down best value. alpine name and cheap price tag!
If thats too much here bottom of the line MP3 playing Alpine for $150US
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-mtrgekE...0&I=500CDE9843
look for these and try to get the better one if possible. Alpine is an amazing company and even at $150 you wont be let down!

Rep Power: 0 http://www.cardomain.com ships to Canada, and is authorized on some of their products.
Maybe choose a brand you are considering, and then goto their website and find out who is authorized online.

Rep Power: 262 cardomain.com is good site. Their prices are not too bad either. If you can find a lower online advertised price, they match it and beat it by 5%. 5% is not much, but hey, its still a lot cheaper than buying decks on most stores.
