NE1 use this head unit??

how about the visibility at day time??? i bought the 2005 Civic Special edition dash and i was thinking to get this head unit. I have 7" LCD mounted on the dash already, but at day time, it's useless, i can't see anything because of the glare

We sell those at work.. they're not bad but any screen like that in the sun is going to be hard to see.. it's not horrible I suppose but there isn't much you can do except
1. Don't get a screen
2. Relocate it someplace where the sun won't hit it

is it just eclipse or any double din LCD touchscreen?? how about kenwood?? because i got a deal for the LCD and navigation??? msrp $2900 and my deal $1600

That's not bad.. however it IS kenwood.. I used to like Kenwood until mine broke haha

Arnt there screens out there that can be seen in direct sunlight? Panasonic used to (and probably still does) make a line of notebooks called the tough book, which could be seen in direct sunlight.

Perhaps you should fabricate some sort of glare sheild
