Wire through firewall

Where is the best place to run a power wire through the firewall of a 2002 civic? I saw a hole where a blue wire is already passing through on the drivers side, and a I saw a grommet on the passenger side behind the glove box that has a thick harness passing through it. Should I use one of these, or is there another grommet somewhere that doesnt already have wires passing through it?

That grommet in the passenger's footwell is a very common place to shove the power wire through GO for it

Depending on the size of the wire you may just want to drill your own hole low in the passenger firewall and pop a grommet in. Plus it looks much better.
