brrr. cold weather...

And as such I noticed my battery voltage was only 11.5 when I went to check it this morning. Is this a normal voltage for a cold battery in 15 degree weather or should it still be 12V+?

I'm not sure about the answer but, I know I'm going to have to replace my battery soon after I get my system installed. I really hate Chicago winters!
