sound of qforms?
Hi everyone. Does anybody here have cdt's (specifically eurosports) in qforms in their civic that can tell me how they sound? I have the Eurosport 3 ways and was planning on putting the tweet and 4" midrange in qforms and the 6.5" midbass in the doors. I don't plan on competing, so if it sound pretty good, I'll go ahead and get some qforms. Thanks guys.

I think it will sound good...just sound deaden the door, and add some mass to the Q-forms (non hardening modeling clay, or mat...I used both
) i have the same setup but use mb quarts. do everything fonto said. i think it sounds decent. i did it cause i wanted the most speakers in my car as possible so it would be loud vs sound quality. im happy with it though
^i agree the stage is a bit low - about HU level is an accurate description. I have DLS MS5 in my qforms and they sound great. I'm sure the CDT's will sound great - deadening is a must so make sure you get your hands on some before install. The q-forms do a mmuch better job than a door installation and the sound is much more centered - whenever I get into my friends cars I can't stand it when I'm listening (passenger side) and the sound stage is pulling to the bottom right.
