WHich one? starting over

I just sold my 2 12" type r's and my mtx 801 d. It was pretty loud and sounded good, but i now want a more spl oriented system. Im trying to decide between either 2 kicker 12" l7's or 2 kicker 15" L5's. They both have 750rms ratings and i can get em for the same price. They will both be getting 1500rms from a hifons brutus bx1500d. I am looking for spl. Also if anyone has any good vented box plans it would be great if you posted them. So which is better?

thanks,
chris

yeah but 15 l7's would be more expensive plus i would have to give them more power. the reason i was comparing these 2 is b/ they both have the same rms. i would have to get a different amp too b/c hifonics bx1500 is their largest monoblock. I didn't mentioon this but if i get the l7 it will be the 2003 version because i think they ruined them for the 2004's, what did they do get audiobahn on their design team?

auto84 will become famous soon enoughauto84 will become famous soon enough
15L5 , more surface area and about the same sensitivity, with the same power in somewhere near the right box, 15s>12's w/same power.
