I can take out whole center console in less than 5 minutes.
I take out faceplate most of the time.

Rep Power: 0 I got very lucky with my first and only break in experience (knock on my wood).. left my wallet in the glovebox, faceplate on, and rear seat folded down with plain view of amp.. but there was something about my ported box with 2 12" Kicker Comp's that the puss(ies) liked so thats all they took, maybe if it wasn't parked infront of my house at the time it could've been a lot worse but lets just say the thought of how much worse it might've been has made me wiser.. and the alarm it prompted me to get installed will give me a good heads up.

Rep Power: 0 just get limo tint all aroud and put 80% visibility tint on front window and noone can see whether u got a face plate or not... thats what i do i just leave everything inmmy car at all times...
well i figure that all car thiefs know that 95% of all ppl leave their face plate in their car. so more than likly if they see u took off ur face plate, theyre gonna break into ur car because they already know its in the car somewhere. therefore i dont bother bringing my faceplate wiht me when i leave the car.
its similar to how its a known fact that noone pays any attention to a car wiht its alarm goin off.
i usually throw my faceplate upside down next to my gauge cluster. so if anyone plans on breaking into my car and jackin my stuff all i can say is GOOD LUCK! you wont get very far.

Rep Power: 0 ill take mine with me if i leave it somewhere for more then a few hours... but if im just going into the store or to a friends house or school ill leave it in... because i can always keep an eye on my baby :-D
