After we got the Compustar installed, the old alarm was uninstalled and handed back to us. There are only 7 wires that were "cut" so I am assuming these are the 7 wires to hook up the alarm - factory integration system into the CR-V. I will be installing this alarm on a 2002 Civic, so could anyone tell me if I am missing something (perhaps a wire or location).

Alarm is an Audiovox Pursuit Pro 9232S Keyless Entry Alarm Upgrade Module.
The seven wires that were cut are:
1)RED FUSED WIRE: +12 VDC Constant Battery Source
2)WHITE WIRE: +12 VDC Pulsed Parking Light Output ( 15 A Max )
3)WHITE W/ BLACK TRACE WIRE: Positive Output to Siren
4)YELLOW WIRE: +12 VDC Ignition Source
5)BLACK WIRE: Chassis Ground
6)BROWN WIRE: (-) Door Trigger
7)DARK GREEN WIRE: (-) Instant Trigger Zone 2
Those are the wires that were cut.

For the 2002 Honda Civic, I tap these wires from

(1) to 12V white (+) ignition harness
(2) to POWER LIGHTS+ red/black (+) back of the fusebox OR PARKING LIGHTS- blue (-) factory alarm plug *1
I am assuming the (+) because in the installation manual "This wire is provided to flash the vehicle's parking lights. Connect the WHITE wire to the positive side."
(3) to Positive of Siren in engine bay
(4) to IGNITION black/yellow (+) ignition harness
(5) to clean metal surface
(6) to DOOR TRIGGER *2 (-) factory alarm plug
(7) to TRUNK/HATCH PIN red (-) factory alarm plug *1
What about the hood pin? Where can I find this if the installer of the Compustar forgot about giving this back cause I saw them install a hood pin.

you could connect the hood pin and any and all other pins to wire number 7. 7 is basically an input that if it sees ground, it sets off the alarm
